Newly built, xSuites is a 5* luxury complex of 6 suites designated for adults only. The complex is located at the epicenter of most popular tourism destination of Western Crete, and just a few meters away from the famous, sandy beach of Agia Marina.

Every suite is completely autonomous, they accommodate up to two adults and measure 45-50sqm. Besides the modern design, the ample space of each suite, the natural light flooding in the rooms and the luxury amenities, what makes us stand out from a sea of accommodation choices, is our passion for technology and the ecosystem of a smart home.

Every suite is equipped with the edge of technology. We provide full control of the room by our guests, via the use of a tablet (that is also provided) or via voice control devices using the guest’s voice and thus making each stay even more comfortable. Our pool, a Jacuzzi at each room and the meticulously designed, roof garden are features that will make your stay care-free.

Location

You will find us at Agia Marina, a coastal town 9 km away from Chania city center heading west. It is the center of tourism activity in Western Crete. As a majorly popular destination, one may find a plethora of restaurants, beach bars, taverns, coffee shops and clubs of different quality, style and character that can satisfy all tastes. All kind of amenities can be found within a few meters away from our door step, such as pharmacies, super markets, gift shops, ATMs, etc. The long, sandy beach of Agia Marina has been awarded with a blue flag (crystal clear water discrimination) and is not only fully organized but also a very safe beach with lifeguard coverage all over.

Being located a stone throw away from the beach yet only 11km from Chania city center and the Venetian Harbor gives you another reason to seriously consider us. Furthermore, we have a quick access to the Northern Road Axis, connecting the entire Northern Crete from East to West. World famous sandy beaches such as Elafonissi, Falassarna and Balos Lagoon are also relatively close, about 1 hour drive.
